On Diamond, automated review request emails collect new photo reviews after delivery — up to 1,000 emails a month. On Wix, video import needs Gold or Diamond.

Three rules decide what goes live. Try them below.
Keyword blacklist
PAID PLANSHide any review that contains words you choose — a supplier’s name, competitor names, or profanity. You add the words; there’s no built-in list.
HELD BACK · matches “cheap” “Arrived fast. Found it cheaper elsewhere but still happy.”
Star filter
PAID PLANSChoose the lowest rating you'll show. Reviews below it stay off your store.
HIDDEN · below your 4★ minimum ★★★☆☆ “Box was dented, blanket was fine.”
Manual approval
ALL PLANSSwitch off “Automatically approve new reviews” and nothing publishes until you approve it. 3 pending in this example.
