Is there a free trial?

Instead of a trial, there’s a Free plan with no time limit: 50 reviews per store, up to 3 per product, imported from AliExpress. Upgrade when you need more.

How much does yearly billing save?

Yearly billing is 20% off the monthly price.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid plans can be cancelled anytime.

Which marketplaces can I import reviews from?

The Free plan imports from AliExpress. Paid plans import from all 8 supported marketplaces: AliExpress, Alibaba, Etsy, DHgate, Banggood, Walmart, 1688 and Taobao. Videos can also come from YouTube and Vimeo.

Do photo and video reviews work on every platform?

Yes. Photo and video reviews work on Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce and BigCommerce. On Wix, video import needs the Gold or Diamond plan.

Are the prices the same on Wix?

Monthly, yes: $9.95, $14.95 and $24.95. Wix bills you and names the plans Basic (Free), Premium, Gold and Unlimited (Diamond). Yearly on Wix is $7.95, $11.95 and $19.90 a month, so the top plan is $19.90 instead of $19.95.
