How to Import reviews to your Shopify store?

To import reviews to your Shopify store, install the Editorify app from the Shopify App Store and the Editorify Chrome extension, open the supplier's product page, click the Editorify icon, select the reviews and import them to your Shopify product. The free plan imports up to 50 AliExpress reviews; Premium and above import from all 9 supported marketplaces.

Before you start

Install Editorify from the Shopify App Store and activate it on your theme. See How to activate Editorify on your Shopify store.
Install the Editorify Chrome extension.
Check your plan. Free: 50 reviews per store, up to 3 per product, AliExpress only, text only. Premium ($9.95/month) and above: unlimited reviews from AliExpress, Alibaba, Etsy, DHgate, Wish, Banggood, Walmart, 1688 and Taobao, with photos and videos.

Import reviews

Open the product page you want to import reviews from on a supported marketplace.
Click the Editorify icon.
Mark the reviews you want to import.
Choose the Shopify product that should receive them.
Click the import button.

The reviews appear in the Editorify widget on that product page. If they do not show, see How to display reviews on your product page.

After the import

Hide reviews that mention the supplier with the keyword blacklist, and set a minimum star rating.
Show stars under the product title and on collection pages.
Reviews cannot be edited after import. You can hide or delete them; see How to delete or edit existing reviews?
